  • Do you offer group walks?
    • I offer solo private walks to ensure personalized attention.
  • What if I have more than 1 dog?
    • Siblings are more than welcome! There is an added surcharge of $5 per dog.
  • Do I get the same walker everytime?
    • Yes! You’ll get me, Jacob! Which is great for your pup as they love consistency and this allows us to build trust.
  • What happens in case of an emergency?
    • I’m trained in emergency protocols, will have your vet information on hand, and am insured for veterinary care if needed.
  • What is you cancelation policy?
    • As of now, there is no cancelation fee. However, I cannot guarantee that your spot will remain available if you decide to reschedule.
  • Do you offer other services?
    • Yes, I offer complimentary medication administration, water bowl refills, and can feed them after walks if you’d like.
  • Do you do a meet and greet?
    • Yes, I provide a free, in home, initial consultation to meet your pup(s), discuss specific needs, and go over home security protocols.
  • Do you walk service dogs?
    • Yes, I do walk service dogs! I even give a discounted rate for certified service dogs.
  • How does the discounted rate for service dogs work?
    • This offer is intended for those with limited mobility who require a service dog that is highly trained to perform specific tasks and that need some assistance exercising their dog.
  • I have an Emotional Support Animal, are they eligible for the discount?
    • Unfortunately this service is limited to certified service dogs?
  • What counts as a certified service dog?
    • Any service dog is welcome if they graduated from any of the following accredited programs and currently hold certification: California Service Dog Academy, Shelter to Soldier, Canine Companions for Independence, Pawsitive Teams, Little Angels Service Dogs, Canine Support Teams, and Paws for Purple Hearts.
  • I have a certified service dog but I don’t see my organization listed above. Can I still get access to the discounted rates?
    • Yes, absolutely! As there are too many organizations nationwide, and worldwide, to list, I tend to default to Assistance Dogs International, which is the global leading authority in the Service/Assistance Dog industry.
  • I’m wheelchair bound and have a dog but they aren’t a certified service dog. Can I still get the discounted rates?
    • This offer is intended for service dogs, and they will be given scheduling priority, however I would happily extend these discounts to those with mobility restrictions if there are open spots in my schedule!
  • I need a dog walker for spring break. Are you available?
    • Yes, I am available to walk your dogs while you are away.
